My subscription timer is my countdown to Christmas. I've been so lazy I haven't even been bothering to keep track of time for the past week, so I was a bit surprised.

I seriously need to start working on something. I've never had this many ideas, and yet I can't bring myself to draw anything. I've played through Dragon Age. I was searching through drawers for the camera wire, and found the Baldur's Gate discs scattered about. I can't even remember if I ever actually finished that game. Surprisingly, they still worked, so yay.

I just feel like I'm wasting time. Everyone's gone home for Christmas and I'm stuck in a house on the outskirts of Bangkok with no aircon and plenty of things to do, just no energy to do them.

I just realised we haven't even put up the Christmas tree yet.

How are you all?

I’m alright. There was a huge mess with fire alarms ringing in the middle of the night, us sleeping on the dining room tables. Add on shitloads of homework, whole bunch of activities and plain laziness, and the result is that I’m like a zombie, and I don't think I’ve slept more than four hours a day for the last few weeks. Including weekends.
But it's been nice. We have our own common room, with sofas and aircon. The lessons are mainly pretty nice. I’m hating English and Spanish, DT I just don't get (the teacher doesn't explain anything, so we have no idea what we're meant to be doing - I thought it was a problem because I hadn't done DT last year, but apparently it's the same for all of her classes).
Art is fun. I’m weaving stuff out of wire and my fingers hurt like hell. I’m taking dance classes, which I’m horrifying at. I miss drama. I’m hoping it's not too late to join drama club. At the moment, I’m doing student guild, but I’m just sitting there staring at a wall, so it's pretty damn pointless.
I’m also trying to teach myself guitar. Not too successfully. I should try getting lessons.

I should also upload some art at some point, probably.

It’s weird, everything before the summer feels like a different life.
